Deploying telemedicine for 120,000 consultations/month required high-quality video calls over unstable 3G/4G networks. E-prescriptions needed to comply with Ministry of Health regulations and integrate with health insurance systems.
Solution
Used WebRTC with SFU (Selective Forwarding Unit) for adaptive bitrate video calls, automatically adjusting quality based on bandwidth. HL7 FHIR-compliant e-prescriptions, health insurance API integration. AI chatbot for patient triage before doctor consultation.
